Set over two floors our compact yet well equipped gym has a free weights area, and a resistance machine/ cardio area.

We have tried to keep the old school feel to the place and don’t believe the bells and whistles approach many chains employ(treadmills with tv screens etc) adds to the end result ie effective body transformation!

To that effect we incorporate traditional dumbells and barbells, kettle bells, club bells, battle ropes, slam balls as well as the good old fashioned sledge hammer into our member training programs
